I had the pleasure of joining Shannon Burkel from Axios on March 8th at their HQ downtown Grand Rapids, MI to share some of our cultural journey and the many many many mistakes we made along the way so that others may potentially avoid the same mistakes. And I am not standing here saying that we have it all figured out now. Hell no! We still make mistakes and our culture isn't perfect but we have some things we think are working that we want to share and we strive to get better every day.
